For five years, the wallabag iOS application source code was maintained and made available by @bourvill under the wallabag GitHub organization, and we would like to express our gratitude for his dedication and contributions.

Lately the original maintainer has shifted focus to a closed-source version (version 7.6 onwards) with its own set of paid features. After internal discussion with the team, the core team and the maintainer decided to not overseeing further development of the related open-source repository in the foreseable future.

As a consequence the wallabag/ios-app repository will be archived but will still remain available for anyone to take a look at the original source code. Moreover this iOS application will stop being announced as the official wallabag application for iOS platforms.
